A dynamic, high-energy session designed to sharpen your skills, build endurance and elevate your fight IQ.

This class offers a well-rounded training experience, combining:
Bag Work
Develop power, precision and stamina through focused rounds on the bag. Perfect for refining strikes and building conditioning.
Pad Work
Work one-on-one to improve timing, combinations and accuracy. Pad rounds simulate real fight rhythm while pushing your cardio and explosiveness.
Technical Drills
Break down technique in detail — footwork, defence, counters, clinch positioning.
Conditioning
Expect strength and endurance work tailored for Muaythai — core, legs, shoulders and explosive power to ensure you’re fight-ready.
Optional Sparring
For those who want to test their skills, controlled sparring rounds are available. A safe, respectful environment to apply technique and grow in confidence.
